4 tablespoons (2 ounces) ketchup, preferably not containing high fructose corn syrup

Doc’s Lite Burger Dressing

The pink stuff you see dripping from burgers at fast food restaurants is usually based on mayonnaise and ketchup. It’s high in calories from sugar (including high fructose corn syrup) and from fat and oil. It’s pretty salty, too. Here is a way to make a lighter but similar, great tasting dressing to use with your Doc’s Amazing Beef Patties. Doc’s Burger dressing leaves out the mayo, and dilutes the ketchup’s sugar and salt with non fat yogurt, chopped onions, and tomatoes. Let it drip all you want!

Mix ketchup and yogurt. Add the remaining optional ingredients you choose, then mix and serve. Here are some pictures to give you an idea how to use Doc’s Lite Burger Dressing.
